Americans are more aware of their patriotism, and the residents of Berwyn have an opportunity to express and take part in this new awareness through their new Veteran’s Memorial. Historically, the arch has been a military symbol of triumph as well as transition. Located near a large pedestrian bridge and train station at the center of town, the scale of the arch engages the pedestrian and vehicular traffic along the well-traveled business corridor of Route 30.
